Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Volveremos

Close to everything, this place was lovely. So quiet! Usually when I stay downtown I expect some noise (sirens, etc). This time there was nothing! Great views of the water. Well stocked kitchen (loved the teapot). So close to the Aquarium, Market, great restaurants. We walked everywhere. The paperwork beforehand was a little excessive (a 28 pg legal contract? Really?) but I imagine necessary. I will definitely stay here again!

Being inside for being inside a condo unit it was very quiet. I did not hear any of the neighbors or people going up and down the hallway. I thought all that was lovely. The view is also fantastic, nice touch it. There’s chairs on the patio where you can sit and just watch the water early in the morning. The Marriott is right next-door with coffee nice breakfast to sit outside if you choose not to cook in the unit. One side of the parking garage doors weren’t working so you had to go around the other side very strict rules on garage door, closing, and opening, which is understandable due to homeless population. Super walkable to downtown, pikes waterfront market, fantastic location would definitely rent here again.

We had an outstanding stay! Our host communicated in a very timely manner. Everything in the condo was clearly labeled and all instructions were very easy to follow. The location was excellent with beautiful morning views of the Puget Sound! All attractions were very easy to walk to. The condo was quiet and relaxing. The host also left a book with area attractions and information about the condo. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location was fantastic, and right next to the elevator up to Pikes Place market if the steep steps are an issue. Very quiet building and the extra sleeping area worked out really well - it had its own bathroom (only share shower/tub) and privacy. As noted in the description, to get into the tub/shower you have to step over an unusually high tub wall. There is one grab bar outside of the tub— adding another one on the wall inside the tub would be very helpful for both entering and getting out. But that was minor, the unit was very tastefully decorated with useful things (books about museums, street art etc) but not at all cluttered. The products provided (soap, detergent etc) were excellent quality and environmentally sound. We would stay again without hesitation.

The location was great and the space was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely, including a comfortable bed and a functional kitchen. The welcome chocolate bar was a welcome touch! We would definitely stay here again on our next Seattle visit!
