Take advantage of being close to some of the best things Seattle has to offer, with a well designed home base to return to at the end of the day. Relax on the couch and enjoy the cozy ambiance from the indoor fireplace after sightseeing. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The den is great for work from home professionals looking for a change of scenery. City of Seattle License: STR-OPLI-24-002647 ***ATTENTION: Starting Feb 2025, construction on the trolley tracks in front of the building (Alaskan Way between Virginia and Blanchard) will last ~8 months. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, with occasional weekend/overnight work. Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access will remain open. Contact us with any questions.*** We require a $300 security deposit. Please note that we can't guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay. ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine! 1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. The location is amazing by all means. Return on investment is great with this property. Everything was clean, property was spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and (luckily) none of the parking neighbors were around so parking a minivan was easy even though there's a pillar on the spot. I have to say that check in was a lot harder due to work on the street (lack of parking outside) then it should've been. People in the building were friendly and I'd definitely stay here again.

The house was complete, including a parking spot. We came in July, and there was even a portable AC installed. It had everything: kitchen was very complete, bathroom clean, the living room was cozy. Host was super attentive.
