Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Guests will need to walk around the fence to get to the building office when they check-in. Contact us with any questions. The Guest Bedroom, equipped with a Queen bed as well, is accessible off the Living Room which is equipped with a fold out couch (Full size). The Guest Bathroom has only a shower. Utilize the fireplace in the dining area for ambiance while you enjoy a meal and discuss Seattle favorites from the day. Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in. You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Great location with easy access to the Waterfront, Seattle Aquarium, and Pike Place Market. The unit was very comfortable for the four of us with all the necessary amenities for a long weekend. And even with the on-going construction around the waterfront, we had a quiet, relaxing stay.
