We require a $300 security deposit. **NOTE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK** There is a fence that is currently up in front of the building due to bike path construction. Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Nestled along the scenic waterfront, this condo is within walking distance to Seattle's top attractions: * Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 (merely steps away) * Pike Place Market (5-minute walk) * Seattle Aquarium (7-minute walk) * The Space Needle (15-minute walk or short drive) * Countless restaurants, cafes, and shops Whether you're here for business or leisure, Piers at Pike provides a peaceful yet central base for your stay in Emerald City. Your apartment is part of an HOA community and guests will have access to community amenities such as hot tub, gym, rooftop, BBQ area. Please note that we can't guarantee building amenities availability and operation during your stay. ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES Please follow the rules below so you do not get a fine! 1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.) 2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.) Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in. You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign. Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available. Thanks in advance. NOTES: * This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning but the living room and master bedroom have ceiling fans and portable fans are also available. Also there is always some breeze should you open the windows. * It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. * Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the balcony. * While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems. * There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area ***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Our stay was nothing short fantastic. Great location below Pike Place Market, steps away from the Aquarium, and a beautiful waterfront view to wake up to every morning. We couldn't say more about our hosts. A definite 5 Star Host and accommodation. Daniel was informative and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location and host for anyone that's looking for a great stay in Seattle

Spectacular condo in exquisite location! Highly recommend, we already arranged to stay in same complex again! We had serval items delivered while staying there, including time sensitive medication and we were able to get everything immediately and effortlessly. Office staff far exceeded expectations.

This is a great relaxing place to stay if you're looking for something close to Pike place market & downtown. Really loved the view and watching the ships float by on the water. Private and quiet. Very walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. The aquarium and Pike place are a 10 minute walk away. My mother and I stayed and it was great for us two. I slept in the loft space and I will say that it would not be good for a light sleeper as light from the living room windows will come into the area even with blinds closed and you can hear the fridge running at times. Also check in was confusing with all the construction happening around the area but I learned that parking on Pine St was ok for check in. Overall these are minor issues though and wouldn't stop me from staying again in the future.

This place was outstanding! We stayed in the same unit twice and would definitely stay again! The host bent over backwards to help us when we needed to make late changes. We easily walked to all the top attractions and enjoyed a beautiful view of the waterfront from the unit and balcony. Of the 30+ bookings we have enjoyed over 7 years, this was hands down one of the best!

Beautiful waterfront view. Walk to Pike Place, Restaurants, the Aquarium and the Piers. The building is secure with friendly staff. Apartment is beautifully decorated With very comfortable Furniture And a full kitchen With purified water in the fridge. We highly recommend And will visit again sometime.
