Nestled among the beautiful Taquitz Creek Golf Course, this 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is the perfect spot for a small family or a group of friends. Relax by one of the community pools, enjoy a game night in the bright and open living area, cook BBQ on your private patio or have a glass of wine by the fire pit. This is the place you should stay! This end unit has 1125 sq. ft., ample private patio with BBQ and Fire Pit, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, classic Palm Springs decor and is perfect for up to 4 guests (including a furry one!). The community amenities (3 pools and spas, 2 tennis courts) and the location (we are only 15 minutes away from Downtown) make this condo the perfect desert destination. If you enjoy playing golf, tennis and is looking for relaxation, this condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, style and leisure. ► Fast Wi-Fi (500+mbps download speed) ► Relax on the sofa with chaise and catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Spectrum streaming TV available. ► Board games and large Jenga set available for additional entertaining. ► Indoor Fireplace is NOT available for guests to use. ► Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need at your fingertips. ► Share meals at the dining table that seats 6 + 2 stools on the kitchen island. ► Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the Master Suite King bed and in the Guest Bedroom Queen bed. ► Outdoor gas BBQ and Chiminea Fire Pit. ► Washer and Dryer in unit for your convenience. ► Central Heating and Air Conditioning controlled by Smart Thermostat. ► Parking. One assigned carport parking spot (it's a tight spot!) and one car can be conveniently parked in front of the unit. ► Dog welcome. Pet fee required. We have dog bowls and a dog bed. ► Children welcome. We have baby items such as Pack n Play + sheet, Seat Booster with tray and cushion, Splat Mat, Plates, Cups, Bibs. ► One of the community pools is directly next to the unit. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible. The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations …” Trader Joe’s only a few minutes drive. Downtown Palm Springs is only 15 minutes away. Covered parking spot as well as in front of the condo. ► Children With Parents Are Welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► This is part of an HOA community. Please note that we can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay. ► Hallway bathroom shower will get warm water not hot and needs to be put at half capacity not full. ie: not completely turned on. PALM SPRINGS City ID #006124 Occupancy Limits: - Overnight: 4 - Daytime: 8 KEY VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS: ‐ A written rental agreement is required prior to occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property. ‐ The responsible person, whose name is on the rental contract must provide a copy of a government issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host. ‐ The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests. ‐ Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is PROHIBITED and SHALL NOT BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE. ‐ Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time.
