Relax by one of the community pools, enjoy a game night in the bright and open living area, cook BBQ on your private patio or have a glass of wine by the fire pit. This is the place you should stay! This end unit has 1125 sq. ft., ample private patio with BBQ and Fire Pit, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, classic Palm Springs decor and is perfect for up to 4 guests (including a furry one!). The community amenities (3 pools and spas, 2 tennis courts) and the location (we are only 15 minutes away from Downtown) make this condo the perfect desert destination. If you enjoy playing golf, tennis and is looking for relaxation, this condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, style and leisure. ► Fast Wi-Fi (500+mbps download speed) ► Relax on the sofa with chaise and catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Spectrum streaming TV available. ► Board games and large Jenga set available for additional entertaining. ► Indoor Fireplace is NOT available for guests to use. ► Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need at your fingertips. ► Share meals at the dining table that seats 6 + 2 stools on the kitchen island. ► Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the Master Suite King bed and in the Guest Bedroom Queen bed. ► Outdoor gas BBQ and Chiminea Fire Pit. ► Washer and Dryer in unit for your convenience. ► Central Heating and Air Conditioning controlled by Smart Thermostat. ► Parking. One assigned carport parking spot (it's a tight spot!) and one car can be conveniently parked in front of the unit. ► Dog welcome. Pet fee required. We have dog bowls and a dog bed. ► Children welcome. We have baby items such as Pack n Play + sheet, Seat Booster with tray and cushion, Splat Mat, Plates, Cups, Bibs. ► One of the community pools is directly next to the unit. This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible. The City of Palm Springs has resumed in-person meet and greets pursuant to PSMC 5.25.070(m). “The Owner or the Owner’s agent or representative shall meet the Responsible Party in person at the Vacation Rental or the Owner’s or Owner’s agent’s office prior to, or within twenty-four (24) hours of, the commencement of the occupancy and verbally explain and describe all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the property as a Vacation Rental and the responsibilities of the Responsible Party to the neighbors and the City as well as the Owner. The Owner shall secure the signature of the Responsible Party and all adult guests to a statement of rules and regulations …” Trader Joe’s only a few minutes drive. Downtown Palm Springs is only 15 minutes away. Covered parking spot as well as in front of the condo. ► Children With Parents Are Welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► This is part of an HOA community. Please note that we can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay. ► Hallway bathroom shower will get warm water not hot and needs to be put at half capacity not full. ie: not completely turned on. I was looking for a place to stay near the golf course because of my son's golf tournament. It was very quiet at night, cozy, and a great place to stay. Also, they answered my questions quickly and kindly, which made my stay very comfortable.

Great home surrounded by great neighbors. Host worked well with us on fixing any issues and making sure we felt welcomed. Left behind a few things and host made sure we got them back in a timely fashion!! Would recommend

This place wears wonderful! I highly recommend this Airbnb. It was so clean, they have everything you could possibly want or need, it’s in a safe and quiet area and the bed was so comfortable. Great location. The staff are very communicative and so friendly!

We stayed here for a week with our 1 year old. They provided everything we needed for our child (crib, high chair and cutlery). The place was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighbourhood felt safe and the neighbours were all very friendly. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals there. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the heater was broken on the pool right beside the condo, but there were two other pools only a short walk away. Air Concierge was quick to respond with any questions that we had before our arrival and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Palm Springs!

The condo was just like the pictures. the kitchen had great appliances and more than enough plates, cutlery etc. The beds were comfortable. Location was great also, very close to grocery stores, and other shops.
