The open-concept living area features an eclectic decor with a very urban and artsy vibe, while expansive windows frame iconic views of downtown skyscrapers. A Murphy Full bed in the open den easily folds away, creating a spacious lounge or workout/yoga area. The private bedroom features a plush Queen bed for restful nights. Two Smart TVs, two portable A/C units for the warm months, and premium appliances, ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. 💻 The dedicated office nook includes a sit/stand desk, large monitor with HDMI cable, printer, and stocked office supplies, ideal for remote work and business travelers. Located in Capitol Hill, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, you will be steps from Seattle’s best dining, coffee shops, nightlife, and cultural spots. Parks, the public library, and the light rail station are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city car-free. The area is also well connected to major employment hubs like Downtown, South Lake Union, First Hill, Seattle University, and the University of Washington, making it ideal for business travelers, students and faculty. This town is a very popular and safe place for the LGBTQIA+ community. Guests enjoy full private access to the condo, plus building amenities including a secure lobby, elevator, fitness room, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city, Puget Sound & Olympic Mountains.
